A touch deeper colour than the Inflorescence, with a beautiful pinot nose. Les Ursules (single grape, single terroir, 1974 vines facing north, single vintage), spends 36 months on its lees before disgorging with no dosage. It has striking clarity, very delicate composed fruit, fine mousse and an extremely long finish. It's the most feminine, harmonious wine of the range according to Cédric and year after year a champagne of the highest class. Only 3600 bts produced. For drinking now to 2021+.
