Marmo takes up the torch
Marmo has taken over the space in Baldwin Street which was previously occupied by Bristol favourite Bar Buvette. It serves a concise menu, guided by seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, and takes much of its inspiration from Italy's wonderfully diverse cuisine.
The wine list showcases European producers who farm their vineyards organically or biodynamically and who use minimal or no chemical intervention in the winery.
