Wilks awarded Michelin Star
Wilks in Chandos Road, Bristol has just been awarded a Michelin Star in the new 2014 guide. Christine and James took over the site of Culinaria in August last year. The style of cooking from chef, James Wilkins is light and modern with an emphasis on clean flavours and seasonal ingredients.
