Domaine Jean Féry has been in the family since the 19th century and Jean-Louis who still supervises the work in the vineyards has been joined by his sons Frédéric and Laurent. Located in Échevronne, north of Pernand Vergelesses in an area known as the Hautes-Côtes, the family works on twenty-two different appellations from villages to grand crus scattered alongside the Côte d’Or.
The domaine can rely on a strong and professional team who treat the vines with organic composts, plant oils and seaweeds in homoeopathic doses. The wines are made with indigenous yeasts, the pinots are traditionally aged in oak for almost two years, fully or partially destemmed depending on the year.

The Férys have coaxed a succulent, elegant wine with vibrant red fruits from vines averaging 25yo. Organic viticulture, low yields (around 35hh) and sensitive oak élevage make this a really attractive village Savigny.
