- Viognier planted in 1987 – 80% in Verlieu and 20% in Chéry.
- Terroir
- Very light pale coloured decomposed granite or granite bedrock. All planted on terraces.
- Viticulture
- Limits deweeding treatments. Uses a machine to turn the soil and adds fermented compost. Vendanges en verts in July/August. Yields 35 hectos per hectare.
- Vinification
- Maceration à froid for 4-5 days, then slow direct press of whole bunches. The ends of the alcoholic and malolacatic fermentations are in barrel. Rotates between stainless steel and oak during elevage. Fermented dry by design. Uses 4-5 yr old barrels. Bottled in September. Carries out both a light fining/filtration.
