Fichet’s Hautes Côtes comes from an almost white, limestone soil in Nantoux. Aged for a year in oak (50% demi-muids and 50% barrels) it has an attractive floral nose and a slightly salty, lipsmacking chardonnay fruit. For drinking now to 2011.
