domaine:10 hectares Grape: 80% Gros Manseng, 20% Camaralet/Lauzet which give aromatic complexity, hints of spices, pear and white flowers – 20 yr-old vines Terroir: Gritty, silty, yellowy clays. Viticulture: 50-55 hectos. Hand harvest. Vinification: Cold stabilised at 10ºC for 7-10 days before alcoholic fermentation starts. No systematic maceration pelliculaire; grapes pressed (in horizontal press) and vinified at between 17-20ºC. Left on fine lees and bottled in June. Press:
