Raphaël Rodriguez joins Vine Trail
We are delighted to announce that Raphaël Rodriguez, former Restaurant & Wine Director of Fera at Claridge’s, will be joining VineTrail to work on both the sales and buying fronts.
He will shortly be on a sabbatical making wine in Australia and will take up his new post in April. Prior to Fera, where he produced the most innovative, exciting wine-list in London, Raphaël held senior sommelier positions at Tom Aikens, Sketch and The Square.
